Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Kelly is responsible for all of RiverStone’s human capital processes driving the employee life cycle at RiverStone. RiverStone believes that its people are its most important asset and Mr. Kelly’s group ensures every employee, regardless of level or role, is given the opportunity to participate in his or her own growth and the organization’s success. Mr. Kelly has over twenty-five years of experience as a human resources professional where he has lead global staff in several industries including hospitality, financial services and insurance. Among his areas of expertise are talent management, organizational development, strategic planning, executive coaching, and compensation.
Most recently, prior to joining RiverStone, Mr. Kelly was an HR executive with Kroll, Inc. where he successfully implemented new processes and brought innovative ideas to HR management. He holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
