Frank J. De Maria
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Commutations
Mr. De Maria has over 28 years of insurance industry experience primarily specializing in reinsurance. Since joining RiverStone’s predecessor companies in 1991, Mr. De Maria has held various management positions and has been responsible for reinsurance workout matters including resolution of the company’s largest and most complex reinsurance disputes. He has also successfully negotiated the company’s most significant worldwide commutations.
Prior to joining RiverStone and its affiliates, Mr. De Maria was an insolvency practitioner and managed all reinsurance activities for a multitude of insolvent insurance companies on behalf of the Illinois Director of Insurance. Earlier in his career, Mr. De Maria held various supervisory and management positions with Allstate Reinsurance Division.
