Charles Ehrlich
Worldwide Special Counsel, Senior Vice President
Mr. Ehrlich is a lawyer with over thirty-five years of experience in the insurance industry and private law practice. Mr. Ehrlich is Senior Vice President and Worldwide Special Counsel of TIG Insurance Company and affiliates, including RiverStone. Mr. Ehrlich previously served as General Counsel and as Senior Vice President, Claims, of TIG, as well as of its predecessor International Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Xerox Financial Services. Mr. Ehrlich is responsible for advising on and managing selected critical litigation in the US and abroad.
Mr. Ehrlich came to the financial services industry in 1994 after fifteen years as a litigation partner with the San Francisco based national law firm of Pettit & Martin, which he joined in 1979 after practicing law in Los Angeles for several years. Mr. Ehrlich received his legal education at the University of California, Berkeley.
